Been using it for over a week now and my neck and back feel more relaxed and comfortable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good pillow for stiff neck and back sleepers *by P***W on 17 October 2024* First few nights I woke up feeling a new stiffness in my upper back but this was just my body getting used to actually sleeping in a good position. I use the higher end and it offers great support and you can feel your neck is in a good alignment. I usually wake up in the same position I went to sleep in so no tossing and turning. Pillow is firm enough to hold position but soft enough for comfort.
