The oral and hand to mouth habit has been the hardest part of giving up nicotine. This tastes great and reduces my cravings. The best part is it doesn’t have any smoke so you can use anywhere! I think they will last a while. Review: Nope. - Don't waste your money. I do not think these help people stop smoking. There's no drag, no smoke, just a very slight minty or lemony flavor. ## Features - Quit Smoking Support – Designed to replace the physical habit and oral fixation without nicotine, tobacco, or harmful chemicals. - Natural & Non-Electric – No batteries, no vape, no refills—just a safe, refreshing puff you can enjoy anywhere. - Pocket-Sized & Travel-Ready – TSA-compliant, lightweight, and discreet for home, work, or travel. - Breath-Freshening Aroma – Infused with premium essential oils to help refresh your lungs and support a smoke-free lifestyle. - Fresh Flavor – A crisp burst to keep your hands and mouth busy while reducing cravings. - Smoke-Free Refresh: Breathe easily with better lungs. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Best Sellers Rank | #152,502 in Health & Household ( See Top 100 in Health & Household ) #126 in Smokeless Inhalers | | Customer Reviews | 3.2 out of 5 stars 38 Reviews | ## Images ![Cigtrus – Fresh Spearmint & Lemon Lime – Set of 6 - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81NfCDXbAQL.jpg) ![Cigtrus – Fresh Spearmint & Lemon Lime – Set of 6 - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81ZVrJXWv8L.jpg) ![Cigtrus – Fresh Spearmint & Lemon Lime – Set of 6 - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81yLojfShVL.jpg) ![Cigtrus – Fresh Spearmint & Lemon Lime – Set of 6 - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81Jz1U5yPrL.jpg) ![Cigtrus – Fresh Spearmint & Lemon Lime – Set of 6 - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71IC5wA7TAL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This actually helps! *by S***E on September 20, 2023* I stopped vaping and nicotine replacement but was still having cravings for something to hold in my hand and inhale.
