Instead of buying adapted cutlery, I decided to try these foamgrips as an alternative as they were much cheaper. They are ingenious! Instead of buyng new things we have been able to adapt all our own items, and have saved a lot of money in the process. There are a variety of internal diameters to cater for small items such as pens, medium sizes such as cutlery, up to large items such as screwdrivers. Each grip is removable and washable (I've even put them in the dishwasher). You simply push the item into them, and pull it out for washing. Whilst my husband had limited grip he has been using these, and now he is beginning to get more movement back he is progressing to normal cutlery. I consider this an amazing product at an amazing price.
