So I wouldn't expect it to work when charging the battery through the cooler's solar or DC inputs. If you are accessing the battery terminals directly and your battery matches the charger (either 3S-12.6Vmax or 7S-29.4Vmax) the charger should work well. However FWIW, a 15.6Ah battery could typically charge at a max current of 0.5C (C=15.6A) or 7.8A, so at 2A this charger would take almost 4x longer than some optimal "24V 7.8A CC/CV" charger. However charging via the cooler using a DC power adapter is limited as well (12V/5A, 24V/2.5A, less operating power). I recently bought an Afloon Impact Massager whose charger quit the second time I tried to charge it.
