**Q: what is the thickness of the shelf, iasit one inch? no measurement is given for this**
A: It's around 1/2 to 3/4 inch. It's very small and if you hang it with the adhesive only, you can only put super light items on it or it tilts

**Q: Will the included tape destroy painted walls? (I know it says not for wallpaper)**
A: yes! the shelf itself is good but the adhesive damaged my walls. made the paint & sheetrock come off. i recommend using screws to really secure it.

A: Yes, it took the paint off of the wall.

**Q: What is the Measurement of the front base?**
A: 4"D x 3"W x 3.3"H.     The part that faces out is less than 2 inches 1 3/4 “

Super easy to install. I only used the heavy duty double sided tape. I didn’t drill holes in my wall. The wall shelf is plastic, durable material. They are the perfect size for my perfume display. They look amazing on my wall. I purchased this 2xs because they look amazing and they are well made.
