Raw Manuka Honey UMF 28+ is a premium, certified superfood sourced exclusively from New Zealand’s native Manuka plant. With an ultra-high UMF rating of 28+ and MGO levels exceeding 1450+, this honey delivers potent antibacterial and healing properties. Independently tested and UMFHA licensed, it’s perfect for health-conscious professionals seeking a natural boost in wellness, skincare, and culinary uses. ## Description Raw monofloral Manuka honey, harvested and packed in New Zealand. Enjoy it by the spoonful, stirred into warm drinks, or drizzled over food. UMF (Unique Manuka Factor) is an independent grading system administered by the UMF Honey Association, whose members are held to strict grading standards and subject to random verification testing. New Zealand Honey Co. is a licensed UMFHA member under license #2060. We grade our honey by UMF, with the MGO level listed for comparison: UMF 28+ corresponds to an MGO level of at least 1450+. New Zealand does not permit honey imports, so everything we harvest, pack and sell is 100% New Zealand Manuka honey. Our monofloral raw Manuka honey is produced by bees foraging nectar from the Manuka plant, a tree native to New Zealand whose small white flowers bloom in spring and summer. Manuka honey has a complex, herbaceous flavor with undertones of caramel, a clean finish and a smooth, thick, almost fudge-like texture, ranging in color from dark cream to dark brown. Review: Honey - Amazing Review: The Best Medical Grade Honey Available - OMG this stuff is great and compared to the 5k a wound care clinic charged me for 4 visits this closed my small wound within 4 uses. I had knee revision surgery and with so many surgeries on my leg there was a lot of scar tissue, making the tiny wound difficult to heal. I used the honey along with Aloderma aloe. I was told honey and aloe helped. It was a traditional cultural medicine so I decided to research honey in the healing of wounds. I come to learn it is used in traditional wound care. I will admit I was skeptical because of the price. My knee revision scar is improving too. It is the best 166 dollars I ever spent. ## Features - HARNESS THE FORCE OF NATURE WITH UMF 28+ MANUKA HONEY: A rare, raw superfood from New Zealand, prized for its exceptional quality, smooth texture and rich, complex flavor - ULTRA PREMIUM MANUKA HONEY FROM NEW ZEALAND: This UMF 28+ grade is among the rarest Manuka honey available, sourced from a single country of origin and graded to strict standards - UMF CERTIFIED QUALITY ASSURANCE: Licensed by the Unique Manuka Factor Honey Association (UMFHA) under license #2060, with UMF grading you can check on the label - HIGH POTENCY MGO RATING: UMF 28+ grade corresponds to an MGO level of at least 1450+, one of the highest potency grades of Manuka honey we offer - AUTHENTIC RAW MONOFLORAL HONEY: Produced by bees foraging nectar exclusively from native New Zealand Manuka plants during the spring and summer blooming season, for 100% genuine Manuka honey ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0BG6JPC5N | | Best Sellers Rank | #30,614 in Grocery ( See Top 100 in Grocery ) #267 in Honey | | Brand | NEW ZEALAND HONEY CO | | Brand Name | NEW ZEALAND HONEY CO | | Container Type | Can | | Country as Labeled | New Zealand | | Customer Reviews | 4.1 out of 5 stars 90 Reviews | | Diet Type | Gluten Free | | Flavor | UMF 28 | MGO 1450 | | Flavour | UMF 28 | MGO 1450 | | Honey Type | Manuka | | Item Dimensions | 50 x 50 x 70 millimeters | | Item Form | Cream | | Item Highlight | Rarest highest potency grade, UMF certified & 3rd party lab tested, raw monofloral, traceable hive to home, gift worthy | | Item Package Weight | 0.14 Kilograms | | Item Weight | 4.4 Ounces | | Item dimensions L x W x H | 50 x 50 x 70 millimeters | | Item weight | 4.4 Ounces | | Manufacturer | New Zealand Honey Co. | | Net Content Volume | 87 Milliliters | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Pieces | 1 | | Package Size Name | 4.4 Ounce | | Package Type Name | Jar | | Package information | Can | | Part Number | NZHC-SP-28125-US-FBA | | Region of Origin | New Zealand | | Size | 4.4 Ounce (Pack of 1) | | Specialty | UMF Certified | | Unit Count | 130.12 Milliliters | ## Product Details - **Brand:** NEW ZEALAND HONEY CO - **Flavour:** UMF 28 | MGO 1450 - **Item weight:** 4.4 Ounces - **Package information:** Can - **Specialty:** UMF Certified ## Images ![Raw Manuka Honey UMF 28+ MGO 1450+, UMF Certified, 3rd Party Tested, 4.4oz - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71FaGolPwaL.jpg) ![Raw Manuka Honey UMF 28+ MGO 1450+, UMF Certified, 3rd Party Tested, 4.4oz - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/716HvO46yiL.jpg) ![Raw Manuka Honey UMF 28+ MGO 1450+, UMF Certified, 3rd Party Tested, 4.4oz - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81o-XRGR1rL.jpg) ![Raw Manuka Honey UMF 28+ MGO 1450+, UMF Certified, 3rd Party Tested, 4.4oz - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81aCj9ZJYVL.jpg) ![Raw Manuka Honey UMF 28+ MGO 1450+, UMF Certified, 3rd Party Tested, 4.4oz - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/8104j2rwS-L.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Is this authentic New Zealand Manuka honey?** A: Yes.
