The Arvum solera is more than 10 years old. **Q: Is the 8 on the front label meaning 8% acidity?** A: Yes, that's exactly what it means...8% acidity. But, if you really want to try something different and great, order some Oomi Plum Wine Vinegar. Great salty taste. Great on fresh summer tomatoes.
