Review: I have the medium sized belt and it fits great. The belt is very comfortable with the contour ... - This review comes after approximately 6 months of use, olympic lifting 3 times a week and occasional use during crossfit WOD’s. Overall the structural rigidity of the belt has held up very well. It feels just as supportive today as the first time I used it. The Velcro “stickiness” has also held up very well and I have never had the belt loosen (Velcro slip) under load. My only complaint, and it's minor, is that I have noticed some fraying of threads on the perimeter of the Velcro and also a small amount (apx 1 inch) of stitching that holds the velcro to the nylon belt has come undone. Considering I loosen and tighten the belt before/after every lift I consider this a small amount of visible wear. As to the fit of the belt I have a 36 inch waist (measured at the belly button), I have the medium sized belt and it fits great. The belt is very comfortable with the contour over the hips allowing for greater range of movement. This is of course great for olympic lifting but I have also found it useful during certain Crossfit workouts where, for example, we go from some type of lift (thrusters, or cleans) to something like burpees or rowing. Overall I’m very happy with this product and have recommended to others at my gym.

I own several of these belts and I don’t have a problem in the world with the company, but this particular belt I’m just not crazy about, but the belt itself is awesome. It’s beautiful. It’s well built. It’s well designed , it just doesn’t fit me right…as far as the belt goes it is definitely five stars. I can’t give it anything less. It’s just not for me. It just doesn’t fit right and as you see from the picture below, I have several of these products and the company is absolutely fabulous. Best investments I’ve ever made but this belt ….the model 2006 just does not fit me well ….I don’t know why ?…it’s just not comfortable. It doesn’t seem to stay in place or to ride well for whatever reasons , I can’t take away from the belt and I can’t take away from the company. I can’t give it less than five stars. This particular belt just does not fit me well.

The belt is GREAT!…. There’s nothing wrong with the belt, but this particular model the 2006 for some reason just does not fit correctly on me. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Fitting Belt

The belt does all the things the mfr claims. The fit is very comfortable, and the belt can be cinched down easily once you get the hang of it. I really like the rib and hip relief - this belt does not dig in like standard belts do. The one way velcro sounded a bit hoky to me, but it actually works as advertised. I don't do low rep, ultra heavy squats or deadlifts anymore, so I can't really comment on what the belt feels like at the bottom of those lifts, when it really counts. Back Then, 25 years ago, I used a 6" padded leather belt that dug into the hips and ribs, but it did not stretch or give at the bottom of those lifts. This belt is all day comfortable - I also wear it riding my motorcycle for hours at a time. Very pleased with the product.
