It is comfortable, supportive, and well-made. It’s great for reading, watching TV, or relaxing in bed. The back support is excellent, and the size is generous without feeling bulky. The tan color looks great and blends well with most colors. Review: Don’t Judge It When You First Open It. - I was really disappointed when my Husband Pillow first arrived because it was so compacted that it didn’t look like much at all. I followed the directions for plumping it up though, and I was really surprised at how well it worked. Once it fully fluffed up, it became a full, comfortable pillow that gives me great support when I’m sitting up in bed. I use it when I’m working in bed and now I really enjoy having it behind me. I’m glad I gave it a chance instead of judging it by how it looked when it first came out of the package. Very comfortable and worth following the plumping instructions! ## Features - Husband Pillow XXL — The Original & Authentic Backrest-Style Bed Pillow: Designed in a backrest-style format with supportive arms for sitting up in bed. The XXL size provides extended coverage for added comfort while reading, watching TV, or relaxing. - XXL Size Reading Pillow for Adult Support: Most reading pillows are built small — this one is sized for real adults. At 30 inches tall with extended armrests and a wider back panel, the Husband Pillow XXL is designed for taller frames, larger beds, and anyone who's tired of pillows that don't actually support their whole back while sitting up in bed. - Firm Support That Lasts - Doesn't Flatten Like Memory Foam: While shredded memory foam pillows compress and lose shape within weeks, our supportive fill maintains posture-friendly firmness throughout extended use. The built-in neck roll supports your head without straining—perfect if you want a reading pillow that actually keeps its structure. - Practical Design Built for Real Life: The soft-touch cover zips off in seconds for easy machine washing — cold, tumble dry low. Built-in side pockets keep your phone, remote, glasses, and snacks within reach without the stretch. Whether you call it a bed chair pillow, pillow chair for bed, or backrest pillow with arms — this is the one that's actually built to last. - Versatile Reading Pillow For Sitting Up In Bed: One pillow that does it all — use it for reading, watching TV, gaming, working from home, or just relaxing in total comfort. The structured bed rest pillow gives you consistent upright support for every activity without stacking multiple pillows or readjusting every few minutes. Your bed just became your favorite seat in the house. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B073WLBH2T | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #33,069 in Home & Kitchen ( See Top 100 in Home & Kitchen ) #23 in Reading & Bed Rest Pillows | | Brand | Husband Pillow | | Brand Name | Husband Pillow | | Coin Variety 1 | Memory Foam | | Color | Dark Blue | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 out of 5 stars 16,516 Reviews | | Fabric Type | Microplush | | Fill Material | Memory Foam | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00712038556403 | | Item Dimensions L x W | 15"L x 8.5"W | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 15"L x 8.5"W x 31"H | | Item Firmness Description | Soft | | Item Weight | 9 pounds | | Manufacturer | Hit Notion | | Manufacturer Part Number | HUSB-BREST-DBlue | | Material Features | Durability, Lightweight, Soft Fill | | Material Type | Memory Foam | | Material Type Free | BPA Free, Chemical Free, Latex Free | | Model Name | Husband Pillow XXL Reading Pillow | | Model Number | HUSB-BREST-DBlue | | Number of Pieces | 1 | | Pattern | Solid | | Product Care Instructions | Remove zip-off cover and machine wash cold on gentle cycle. It is comfortable, supportive, and well-made. It’s great for reading, watching TV, or relaxing in bed. The back support is excellent, and the size is generous without feeling bulky. The tan color looks great and blends well with most colors. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Don’t Judge It When You First Open It. *by B***O on September 25, 2026* I was really disappointed when my Husband Pillow first arrived because it was so compacted that it didn’t look like much at all. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ GREAT PILOW - A MUST BUY - EXCELLENT QUALITY! *by J***S on December 28, 2018* There were many options and sizes/style varieties when it came to searching for a Husband/Boyfriend type pillow here on Amazon. It took me quite some time to narrow down my selection to this particular pillow, and even after purchasing it I was still unsure if this particular pillow would meet my needs or if I would be saddled with packing it back up for a return. Let me tell you, I am extremely glad that I purchased this particular Husband Pillow from HitNotion. I have had the pillow for about 6 weeks or so at the time of writing this and I use it every single day! The quality is amazing! PROS: -Larger size, actually accomodates and ADULT Sized Human, unlike many of these types of pillows that do not. -It will easily support taller people, at least 6 ft tall or maybe larger. I am 5'11" tall and it definitely has more room to expand. -It is firm enough to support your bodynand stay upright on its own. -It has the extra roll pillow on top to support your neck while also giving you the option to easily remove it. -Not only does this husband pillow have a high quality removable/washable zipper cover as well as the roll pillow too, but the actual inside pillow itself has a zipper case to add or remove "stuffing/filler" to your liking, easily adjusting the plushness and firmness of the pillow. This is very important as we humans are not "one-size-fits-all"... -This pillow has extremely handy design features like a beverage bottle holder on the side and a slot in the back for magazines/smartphones/accessories. -Lastly, the manufacturer has extra/replacement covers for sale in a variety of colors, right here on Amazon! Now this is not a necesssity, but is still extremely helpfull on laundry day as you can just swap out the extra clean covers while you wash the dirty ones so your pillow always stayed covered and clean. This is also very useful in the event that your cover ever gets damaged, stained or too worn and needs to be repaced. CONS: None at the moment but I will come back an post an update if/when that ever changes. BOTTOM LINE: If you are on the fence about this purchase as I initially was, don't be, just buy this pillow and you will not regret it! enjoy! ## Frequently Bought Together - Husband Pillow XXL Reading Pillow for Bed Backrest with Arms - Dark Blue - Adult - Shredded Memory Foam, Ultra-Comfy Microplush Cover & Detachable Neck Roll - Unmatched Support Bed Rest Sit Up Pillow - Husband Pillow Medium Premium Shredded Memory Foam 1 Pound OOMPH Bag - Safe/Clean Proprietary Foam Blend - Easy to Customize Your Perfect Loft - Make Your Reading Pillow Even Fluffier --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/60913993-husband-pillow-xxl-the-original-for-adults-30-tall-backrest](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/60913993-husband-pillow-xxl-the-original-for-adults-30-tall-backrest) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-30*
