Firstly, the buckle on one shoulder was sewn on upside down so that the strap could not be secured. Rather than a trip to UPS and waiting for another Corrector (a gift to another person), I removed the buckle and sewed it on correctly. Secondly, neither of us who tried it found it helpful or comfortable after an hour. My mistake. I should have returned it when I found such poor quality control. Although I wish I looked like the models in the pics, I'm a good bit heavier :-) so I was a tad concerned that this Adjustable Posture Corrector by Vertebra might not fit my somewhat larger body; but it did! Yay! And since I have some difficulty sometimes with my range of motion, I was very pleased to find that this product is easy to put on and to take off. While I'm wearing it, my posture really is better and I have noticed that my occasional backache almost disappears as long as I have this on.
