Eonon customer service determined its faulty but prefer if I purchase a new one for 75% off. I refused as the stereo is under warranty. This is our second unit, the first one died on us after warranty and they offered a discount on the second one. They will continuously try to get you to purchase a new one to boost sales. Stay away from this radio and company as their customer service isn't very good. Original: Linux system works well and really good price for what you get. Connectivity is good with Android Auto. My biggest gripe is the stereo didn't fit the Metra double din kit (95-8907HG) quite right which wouldn't be a big deal except it makes it hard to turn the volume knob.
