The display turned to Chinese characters and the Bluetooth wouldn't connect.I figured that I was just unlucky, so I ordered a second one. It broke within 1 week. The display went really dim and at times the Bluetooth would disconnect on its own and not reconnect.The other problem with this one is that it takes a bit of time to power up. I used this in a power port that turns on when the car turns on. If the radio is on, then you hear a half-second of static until this device starts transmitting. It wasn't as bad as some others, but it was still annoying.Also, even at the best of times, the display is dim and hard to read in the daylight.I recommend you look at the Nulaxy KM28. This device works great in this car, in fact. Sounds great. The only thing I would change is the voice that says “blue tooth mode” at the beginning of operation each time is louder than the volume of everything else and it startles me every time haha. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Item glitched into Chinese from English and no help from seller to fix *by K***E on Reviewed in the United States on August 1, 2020* Transmitter works but when using it for the first time the device switched to Chinese, and because it was then in Chinese I was not able to figure out how to get the language back to English. So I reached out to the sellers customer service, to have them help me get it back to english. And it has now been almost a full year, and I have still not heard a peep from them...
