It is basically the same thing you would get in the name brand--green, football-shaped softgels, containing 125 mg of simethicone each. Note that this product does not prevent gas; it merely helps keep the gas that does form from being trapped and causing discomfort.If you are concerned about the packaging, I am not sure there is a way to tell which you will get. The picture shows the box that contains the cards where the individual softgels must be pushed through the foil backing. The product description doesn't specify what packaging is provided, but the product dimensions are three numbers (which would describe a box). On the store shelves, this packaging form has been replaced by a bottle containing the same number of softgels. What doesn't help is that both packaging forms have the same UPC. As this transition occurs, it will be likely that it will be less predictable which package form is sent when ordering online, at least for some time.
