IMO, they are. It is plenty large and not skimpy. Quality is better than I expected for the price. It is actually pieced together (which I knew from the product description and reviews), but I guess I missed the "reversible" part! Duh. It's all one pattern on the reverse side: a pretty floral, which I'll probably also try. Shams are reversible as well, but not "inside out" reversible- the back side is the same print as the back of the quilt (though the center seam shows). Just putting that out there so you know. Overall, I'm really pleased with the quality, thickness (not super thin; it's like the weight of a hand-made quilt) and colors: soft blues, muted greens, gold and off-white. Even the hubs loves it. Nice medium weight. Great stitching. Soft and warm but not heavy. The colors are gorgeous and calm. And it's an ACTUAL KING size. Plenty of width and length to hang over and even fold down the top edge for a turn down tuck. Very easy to wash and dry with no wrinkles. This lays beautifully like icing on a cake. The Shams are also Actual KING. So you'll need king pillows. It's so lovely and I've gotten tons of compliments on it.
