I have tried, and enjoyed, Italian Roast, French Roast, and special coffee shop blends. But enjoying Happy coffee more. Why? • First, it starts with the experience of opening and getting the coffee aroma. This coffee is really nice to smell. I find a lot of coffee has a bit of a pungent odor. Sometimes that is nice, and even when I source coffees that are tested for mold, they don’t always smell great. This coffee has a really smooth odor. I love when I set up the coffee maker right before going to bed and the smell kind of lingers in the kitchen. • Second: Making coffee is way easier. The packaging is great. And, it is totally recyclable. Most coffee packages have to go to landfill. This is my new all time favorite brand of coffee. The medium is EXCELLENT but I like the light EVEN MORE so I will be sticking with that moving forward. NO BITTERNESS WHAT SO EVER. If you're like me and hate room temperature coffee BUT ALSO get distracted doing other things only to find your coffee has cooled down, then this brand is for you!
