My only gripe is the attachable "pipes". This product and others designed to compete with it don't offer a offer a straight pipe attachment(s) (I didn't see any during my search), you get two pipes with different sized openings both at 45 degree angles. I wish this company or another would offer a straight pipe(s). Keep the different sized openings, but make them both straight. Other than that it "works" fine, strong suction, good pressure when using it to irrigate tonsils. In practice I just found it a hassle to use because of the angle of the pipe(s). If your tonsil crypt that gets stones is like mine this probably won't work good for you. I have to push the flap (I don't know what to call it, but it covers part of the tonsil up) inside my mouth that covers the tonsil crypt I'm trying to get at out of the way. If the tool was straight I could use the tool to keep it pinned out of the way, and suck the offending stones out of there (or irrigate the hole).
