Review: Equator Customer Service SUCKS - Purchased this stackable unit and loved it. Worked great and used it all the time. Installed it myself, vented, in my 5th wheel. Then, months later, I got an e1 and e2 error code and the door stayed locked. Wouldn’t spin normally and drain pump motor sound was bad. This was in August. It is now January and my machine is still not fixed. In November the company said they were sending a drain pump and a tech out and to wait for the tracking number. Never happened. Then they blamed me saying it was because I didn’t answer my phone. But I can’t answer my phone at work and the numbers they leave never route back to a human being. They only route to a recording with no voice mail. I purchased this machine with an extended warranty and sadly, I think that’s the only way this machine will be fixed. 😞

Purchased this stackable unit and loved it. Worked great and used it all the time. Installed it myself, vented, in my 5th wheel.
