Upgrade your home with familiar music to welcome all your visitors. Our Newhouse Hardware 24-Volt Wired Doorbell Chime uses the classic two-note "Ding Dong" sound for the front door button to announce guests. It also has an additional connection with a separate "Ding" sound for the rear or side door of your house. They're the door tones of choice for both traditional and contemporary homes. RELIABLE CHIMES! Our hard-wired door chime uses only a 24-volt/40 VA transformer connection for reliable and consistent operation. The transformer is sold separately. Unlike some wireless doorbells, you never need to worry about interference, signal loss, or having to change the batteries. Wired doorbells are also generally more secure than wired ones as they can't be hacked or tampered with remotely. CLASSIC STYLE AND COMPATIBILITY! Get a sensible-colored doorbell to blend in with your furnishings. The timeless white finish on our wired doorbell chime complements any decor. It's a clean and crisp yet neutral color that ensures your chimes will blend into any room in the house, whether you've mounted it high on a wall or underneath a handy foyer table. Our electrical door bell for homes may also be suitable for your smart doorbell. Customers have reported that our doorbells work with video doorbells just fine. Please check with the manufacturer first so you can be sure about the compatibility. LONG-LASTING DOORBELL! Our electric doorbell will require little to no maintenance. It tends to have a longer lifespan because it doesn't rely on batteries or other parts that wear out over time. Get your Newhouse Hardware 24-Volt Wired Doorbell Chime today and set up a simple and elegant piece of home improvement. ## Features - FAMILIAR TONES: Our Newhouse Hardware Wired Doorbell Chime uses the classic two-note "Ding Dong" sound for the front door button and has an additional connection with a separate"Ding" for the rear or side door. - COMPATIBILITY: Our hard-wired door chime can be used with a 24V transformer (not included) ONLY (it will not work with any other voltage transformer). Search “40TR” for a compatible transformer. Using a 24V transformer with a standard 16V doorbell chime is not recommended, because the doorbell and/or chime can wear out. - STANDARD DIMENSIONS: Our chime's cover is 9” L x 5" W; 6.75” L x 4.75” W x 1.75” H with overall depth of 1.75”. It comes in a timeless white finish that blends with any decor. - FOR RING DOORBELLS: Our electrical door bell for homes may be suitable for your smart or video doorbell. Please check with the manufacturer first so you can be sure about the compatibility. - TROUBLESHOOTING: If the chime is not working, the issue may or may not be with the chime. The issue may be with the transformer, doorbell button or wiring. Please contact us or visit our website for troubleshooting tips. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0CB77GZ4P | | ASIN | B0CB77GZ4P | | Best Sellers Rank | #46,844 in Tools & Home Improvement ( See Top 100 in Tools & Home Improvement ) #49 in Door Bells Chimes | | Brand Name | Newhouse Hardware | | Customer Reviews | 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars (376) | | Customer reviews | 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars (376) | | Date First Available | 19 January 2024 | | Included Components | 1 White 24-Volt Wired Doorbell Chime | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 4.4D x 22.9W x 12.7H centimeters | | Item Type Name | doorbell chime | | Item model number | CHM24V | | Manufacturer | Newhouse Hardware | | Manufacturer | Newhouse Hardware | | Model | CHM24V | | Mounting Type | Wall Mount | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Part Number | CHM24V | | Power Source | Corded Electric | | Product Dimensions | 22.86 x 12.7 x 5.08 cm; 499 g | | Specification Met | UL | | UPC | 726843021605 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Newhouse Hardware - **Mounting type:** Wall Mount - **Power source:** Corded Electric - **Product dimensions:** 4.4D x 22.9W x 12.7H centimeters - **Specification met:** UL ## Images ![CHM24V White 24-Volt Wired Doorbell Chime | Electrical Door Bell for Homes | Hard-Wired Door Chimes with Front Door Ding-Dong and Rear Tone | Home Improvement Electrical Equipment - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61j7J6h3fPL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Style** options. ## Frequently Bought Together - Newhouse Hardware CHM24V White 24-Volt Wired Doorbell Chime | Electrical Door Bell for Homes | Hard-Wired Door Chimes with Front Door Ding-Dong and Rear Tone | Home Improvement Electrical Equipment - Southwire 64267201 Red/White Bell Wire, 50 Foot --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/605782872-chm24v-white-24-volt-wired-doorbell-chime-electrical-door-bell](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/605782872-chm24v-white-24-volt-wired-doorbell-chime-electrical-door-bell) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
