It's very nicely made, heavy and nice looking. So I charged it and have been playing with it all afternoon. This unit is ok as a sweeper, it edge cleans and has a beater bar. I let it run in the kitchen. It swept up everything I put down. I say swept because it really doesn't have any vacuum, it just moves some air. It won't climb over the transition strip to the living area. I put it in the living room and the carpet stopped it and set an error code. My carpet is medium length and the manufacturer says not to use it for this so that's on me. It mapped the kitchen and swept up everything and then had a tough time finding the charging station but did eventually. I set the time and programmed it and it started and ran for 30 minutes and used half of it's battery. So if you have hard floors or very shallow pile carpet this unit will sweep it.
