I love that I don't have to have milk and butter on hand to make mac and cheese. My son even asks for this version, and he isn't gluten-free. We really enjoyed the Velveeta Shells and Cheese. Even though gluten free items are starting to taste better, there’s still a lot that aren’t great. This one tastes really good. It’s quick and is a decent portion size for the price. It’s great when you need lunch or dinner in a hurry.
