The gym bag can fit all the items plus some! I also carry around boxing gloves and an extra set of clothing in the bag and it all fits very well. The weighted dip/pull up belt fits way better then another other belt I have used before, it’s extra sturdy and fits correctly around my waist. The wrist straps are a little bit longer than normal which I like to get a really solid safe grip around the bar. It has a belt for weights, so you can slide plates over the chain and do dips/pull ups with extra weight. This is a solid set for lifters of any level.
