## Questions & Answers

**Q: Do sublimation glass cups require any special coating or treatment?**
A: No extra coating is needed. The cups are pre-coated for sublimation—just print with sublimation ink and paper, wrap and press, then let them cool naturally. After pressing, they’re ready to use or fill with treats as a gift.

**Q: Are these sublimation glass cups specifically designed for cold beverages?**
A: Yes. They’re mainly made for cold or iced drinks—coffee, tea, soda, cocktails and more. They can hold warm drinks, but we recommend avoiding boiling liquids and big temperature jumps to protect both the glass and the coating.

**Q: Is the acrylic lid leak-proof?**
A: No. The colorful acrylic lid has a silicone ring that gives a good everyday seal and helps reduce splashes when the cup is upright. It is splash-resistant rather than 100% leak-proof, so it shouldn’t be carried upside down in bags.

**Q: Does it come with a cleaning brush?**
A: Yes. Each cup comes with a reusable straw and a matching cleaning brush, so you can easily keep the straw clear. This makes the set convenient as a ready-to-gift kit for birthdays, weddings, graduations and other occasions.

**Q: Is it easy to hold?**
A: Yes. The sublimation glass cup is about 2.8 inches in diameter, so it sits comfortably in most hands and is not too bulky. The straight-sided shape also makes it easy to grip and carry, even when it’s filled with ice and your drink.
