Review: This CalMag is the real deal - This CalMag is the real deal. I'm a health author and have tested hundreds of health supplements and many CalMag products. Ionic minerals are where it's at when it comes to absorption and efficacy. Mineral supplements in capsule and tablet form pale in comparison. Concentrace liquid is great and I use it every day in my drinking water, but to get a high dose of calcium from Concentrace would be difficult as it tastes awful and loosens the bowels. I've tried other calmag powders that fizz into an ionic form, but they either taste sour, or have high glycemic sweeteners (which spikes insulin--not good) or don't fully dissolve. **Q: Is it suitable for vegetarian/vegan?**
A: Yes, I asked the same question and owners confirmed the calcium is *not* derived from shellfish shells. Cannot remember if it is mined or plant based as it was sometime ago that I communicated with them. Apparently they use a high grade calcium that is key to their formula so they will never change the source of their calcium so formula will remain vegan.

**Q: Can this product be used by anyone?**
A: I would not think so. There are exceptions to everything.  This product does exactly as it says in my case, but it also works as a mild laxative.  CalMag-C acknowledges on the container that their claim of health benefits "hasn't been evaluated by the FDA". This is a great company. You should contact them toll-free at 1-877-700-7717 or e-mail them at info@CalMag-C.com.

This is a very good product to have on hand. It handles muscle cramps in just a few minutes. Sometimes in seconds. I keep it on stand by when ever I got those horrible night ot day cramps, despite my high vitamin diet.
