Use for hip thrusts mainly, so much more comfortable than using mats around barbells.Much more pleasant than using the dirty gym provided ones also...

It’s a good product for the price but I would have expected it to absorb more impact from a loaded barbell especially when squatting. I still get a bit of pain on my shoulders/neck as it does not hold heavy weight well.
