Our mosquito racket was under warranty, yet it’s been over two months and we still haven’t received a replacement. Every time we follow up, we hear the same excuse your warehouse is moving. If your team had any exposure to international standards, you’d know that companies abroad handle such situations with far more professionalism. When a product is faulty, they offer a replacement promptly and without repeated excuses. If you truly intend to honor the warranty, please process the replacement immediately. Otherwise, be transparent and simply state that you do not intend to fulfill your warranty commitments. Rest assured, we will think twice or even a hundred times before shopping with you.

Powerful, Stylish & Effective – Must-Have for Every Home! I’ve been using the CostarMatter mosquito racket for a few weeks now, and it has exceeded my expectations. The dual-mode feature is super handy – I can use it manually like a regular racket, or just switch on the UV lamp mode and let it attract and kill mosquitoes on its own. It's especially effective at night in the bedroom. The battery life is impressive – I only charge it once every few days, and the USB charging makes it very convenient. The build feels solid, and the design is sleek and modern – doesn’t look out of place in the living room at all. It’s a lifesaver during mosquito season.
