Review: Beautifully Built and Quality is Unmatched - Beautifully made wok that works in so many ways. It is great for tossing veggie and meat in a quick way. The material is thick and with high heat capacity. That means it takes a little bit of time for the wok to reach the optimal cooking temperature. The surface non-stick coating is excellent. I've tested that the hard way. I was heating up some thick curry and then was distracted. The dry up curry looked very terrible, but the whole pie of burnt up curry slide out and leaving the wok's surface intact. I love this color as well that it stands out. Cleaning is easy and I always use a coconut fiber brush that is common in Japanese households. The price is right and very reasonable for such a quality product. I expect this to have many seasons of returns with its durability.

Did I mention the colors are beautiful (one side is a coppering orange, and the other side has a deep eggplant purple-y sheen.
