I wouldn't eat it straight from the jar, but the flavour definitely comes through more than the burn. Recommend!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by E***B on 20 October 2023* Items arrived as advertised. One of the jars showed some type of leak on the plastic seal but the jar was full. I opened all jars to check quality and all was fine, so into the refrigerator they go per the instructions. When I took one out to top on my stiry fry, the lid was stubborn and I couldn't open it. It took rinsing under warm water and a few taps with a butter knife and it opened with a towel. The other jars were also just as stubborn. The taste is worth it! Never been to the Momofuku restaurant so I don't know how it compares when you have it at the restaurant but the flavor is amazing. My level of spicy tolerance is high and the extra spicy was indeed extra spicy. A little goes a long way.
