A: Whenever I have opened tomato paste that was WAY more than I needed, I measured it in TBSP size PCS. Wrap in plastic/FREEZE-use by TBSP

A: It is a paste. It is made with oil so it should keep well in the fridge.  And it is delicious!

A: It has a complex & delicious taste, more so than plain harissa, which is also good.  Probably a slightly sweet-floral taste, but it's subtle.  This is great stuff!
