I had the exact same ones provided by the NHS, got them in about 2012. I decided to replace them due to them losing a bit of shape. These are exactly the right size, shape, and firmness. Perfect! ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars good firm surface, however too bulky and unstable for my hypermobile feet *by C***O on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 3 May 2022* I bought these as I get through many pairs of x-line insoles and while they are excellent they are more expensive then these. I was hoping that these might be a good substitute however they do not work for me.I have hypermobile flat feet and very unstable hypermobile ankles. These provide a firm surface which I need, however the bulkiness of the insoles left my feet more unstable in the ankle than with the x-line and I almost injured myself a couple of times when wearing these out for the first time when my ankles "gave way".Also the fact that they are 3/4 length means that the height difference between the raised arch support section and the front foot is intensified, which I find creates a slightly forward tilt that exaserbates my ankle instability.I will try these in wellies but would not recommend them for people with hypermobile ankles in any activite footwear or sporting activities due to the risk of injury.
