I find the perforation first thing and pull up the corner, I try to touch the adhesive as little as possible! I am really good at applying these but my husband is terrible at it 😂. He messes them up every time! I love these because they last the entire 10 days and I dont have any problem with removing them. There is hardly any residue left behind and I’ve never had it pull on my skin or cause any discomfort at all. I can put one on and shower as usual and have never had one of these come off or even come loose. I do make sure to carefully and gently dry them upon getting out of the shower. I do see some people have had what looks like allergic reaction to these but I have never had that experience. These have performed great for me. I have never used any kind of skin tac or anything under them.
