One of the keys did not function at all. Amazon was great about helping with a replacement, despite the price going up and this coming from a third party seller. The new one functions as it should and as you'd expect. My biggest complaint is the way it's designed and shipped when it's rolled up it tends to hold the shape a little bit. Great for portability but you may still experience some "bubbles" or "bumps" until you let it lay out for a few days.I also noticed this is basically just a re-branded similar product. They made some special packaging and put a "BIG" sticker on it and sell it as the BIG keyboard.
