It does a great job and makes a tedious job kinda fun! Its the best hardwood floor cleaning tool. Makes a hard job much easier. Well worth the money. I recommend purchasing additional pads. They work great but need to be changed depending on how dirty or how large the area being cleaned. Review: This product is defective! - Product lacks quality assurance at manufacturing level affecting reliability of moving parts. The carrier that holds the spinning mops breaks easily due to bad manufacturing choices. Instead of metal or metal inserts on plastic, it was all made from molded part which broke off at highly stressed areas after only 6 months use. To top it all, there is no replacement part to be found on the internet or company website making the device completely useless after 6 months. Had the carrier been made out of a more durable material or designed properly so that it can be made into moldable plastic, this system would have lasted longer.
