Review: Poor night vision - Very poor night vision. I have other ezviz cameras where infrared setup is good and provide a clear view. However this camera is useless if you want to use it for both day and night. It will be just dark room.

A: The camera only supports 2.4GHz WiFi. Try turning off other WiFi bands at home, reducing the devices connected to the router, and reducing the distance between the camera and the router.

**Q: Why can't I connect the camera to Alexa?**
A: Open the EZVIZ app and go to "Device Settings - Image Encryption", then disable "Image Encryption". Because Alexa cannot read an encrypted video stream.

**Q: Do I absolutely have to use cloud storage?**
A: No. Cloud storage is optional. You can also use local storage (MicroSD card slot, max 256GB) and view the recording through EZVIZ App.

**Q: Can the camera also be permanently active via a power connection, or does it only work on battery mode?**

Very poor night vision. I have other ezviz cameras where infrared setup is good and provide a clear view. However this camera is useless if you want to use it for both day and night. It will be just dark room.

Bad image quality, and the camera does not turn 360 and the it makes bad sound when you speak in the microphone.. and the price is very expensive for the quality !! I will return it
