As for heat, typically soldering is done with one of the following, soldering gun, soldering iron, pencil iron or a torch.Not sure needs repaired on your LG-G4 but I doubt this product is what you want to use. **Q: Can i use this for electronics?** A: This is not rosin flux. Even though it says non-acidic it's intended for pipes. I wouldn't use it for electronics.
