Ours is only used on a upright dinig chair and it is a perfect fit on that. **Q: Does this prevent leg pain on long drive journeys?** A: I bought the cushion to use on a wheelchair only, this was to alleviate pressure pain, for me not very successful, but in the car I use an NHS Tempura cushion to help with leg pain.
