This one gripped the 1/2" in diameter L rod and was able to withstand the impact on a 10 inch splash cymbal. I had to return it to Amazon.ca for a refund because the arm was not long enough to have the cymbal clear the 10 inch mounted tom. No fault on Amazon.ca because this was an arm not available in the showrooms of neighourhood music stores where I could bring the arm home to try it. Therefore, Amazon.ca was the most popular shopping site to purchase in stock hardware. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Gibraltar FTW *by on Reviewed in the United States 20 November 2025* Gibraltar has and continues to make some of the best drum hardware available.
