Impressive! I’m 53 and I’ve started noticing over the past few years a lot more brain fog that’s just getting worse. Honestly, I couldn't even remember the details that convinced me to get this (brain fog), so I didn't even know what effects to expect.Other than noticing my blue urine after a few days, I didn't notice any benefits till the following week.
