I'm thoroughly delighted with the detailed and easy to follow instructions and the gau sha kit.I read the instructions completely before settling myself in front of a mirror with almond oil gently rubbed into my face. I'm really pleased with the first use outcome, I'm in my 60s and thought it might be too late to work on fine lines around my mouth.
