**Q: Is there any information available whether this is apigenin or predominantly its glucoside, i.e. apigenin-7-glucoside?**
A: The Apigenin in this product would actually be 6 8-di-c-glucoside as it is derived from grapefruit.

**Q: What is the percentage of Apigenin?**
A: Don't know the % but the capsule is so small that the dosage I wanted would have been a pain to deal with.

**Q: Is Swanson apigenin sourced from China?**
A: Not that I know of, nothing on the bottle about that, it is a good product.

**Q: is it true you are only absorping a fraction of the 50mg per pill?**
A: Your intestinal biome is responsible for the rate of absorption if you have poor gut health, few friendly bacteria, it is not going to benefit you as much as another person.

I do shift work so sleep is at a premium. I used to take melatonin, but if I can't sleep for at least 6 hours it can leave me foggy. I found apigenin as a recommendation and figured I'd give it a try. It's been a game changer. It's only active for 3 hours or so. I can use it when I only have a few hours to sleep. And it helps me stay asleep for the first couple of hours. Obviously, your mileage my vary, but everyone I've recommended to has said it's very helpful.
