However, in smallish print the jar has the words 'Product of China'. I think in this case Amazon should confirm which is correct? I have suffered no problems in using it. **Q: How long does this product last after it has been opened?** A: I opened mine at Xmas and still going, it is pickled so I imagine a few months if kept in the fridge. **Q: How many actual calories are in this? I'm not sure why it's pink or what difference (if any) it makes though. It tastes good and there's plenty of it. Many have mentioned the 'consume by' date once opened as being too short. However, if you keep it in the fridge it lasts months, just like any other pickle.
