When I first had my surgery I was taking 8 different vitamins daily. Eventually I was able to find a chewable vitamin that only required me to take it 3 times daily. I had trouble finding chewables that didn't have a disgusting after taste. Just recently I switched to barislim once a day and it's been great. I take one vitamin after breakfast and I'm set for the day. These are easy to swallow and I haven't had any stomach issues like I have with other multivitamins. II love that this vitamin is one a day. I honestly do not remember to take all of my pills if I have to take something 2 or 3 times a day. I will miss at least 1 dosage.I also like how the pills are east to swallow. I will have to update my post once I get updated labs done.
