I charged it and within a few hours I was drinking the best water.I do have Gastroparesis and most of the time can not drink water, however the ph allows the water to stay down.My 22 year old daughter hates the taste of water! Yet she drank 3 full cups before she realized it.It is my most used for the past few days. I am completely happy with my purchase and highly recommend this to any other! The taste is awesome. To me, it's better than core, smart water, etc.I purchased a Hydrogen Alkaline Water Maker several days ago and was initially very excited about it. The concept of being able to produce my own alkaline water at home was appealing to me and I was looking forward to the potential health benefits.Unfortunately, the water maker broke before I ever got it to work. It never produced that hydrogen-rich water and the LED display had water come out from it. It refused to turn on after charging it and filling it with water. I reached out to the manufacturer for support and was quickly given an apology and replacement sent out.Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the Hydrogen Alkaline Water Maker, but customer service has been amazing to work with.
