Arrived on time and in good condition, super soft to the touch. Colors were a little off from the picture, they're more ashy, but I didn't mind this. Comes with a wig cap and the wig (pre-styled with loose curls), and the wig contains clips, but only at the back. Now, I have a LOT of hair and a dramatic side part, so I had to struggle a bit to get the bangs to work out. If you have a natural middle part this wig is probably best for you. Otherwise, the part cannot be changed without the cap being seen, and the bangs are too skimpy to really be swept over correctly. I was able to solve this and get it to look it's most natural by wearing a headband, which covers the awkward part. Down side is without a headband or hat of some sort, the wig looks pretty fake and top-bulky. Because of this, I gave it four instead of five stars.
