I tried these after seeing a YouTube short. Needing more protein for surgery recovery, I thought I'd give it a try due to the more healthy ingredients. I followed the directions, it's important to let the finished product rest a little to achieve the creamy texture. I was surprised it's actually delicious. It's going into my regular rotation. I'm really impressed with the good ingredients to add protein. For the health aspect and convenience, I believe it's a fair value for the money.
