Review: Pleasant Taste, Extremely Effective, Consistent Potency - I must supplement Niacinamide daily but am required to use smaller doses 3 times a day in addition to the Niacinamide in my multivitamin. This product is perfect for that purpose. It does not require dilution in a fluid as it has a very pleasant taste and my doctor is happy with my serum niacin levels. This is not niacin, so no flushing sensation. Be aware, Niacinamide interferes with Thyroid Binding Globulin, (but far less than niacin) so it's best to take your Niacinamide 2 hours before or after your thyroid medicine. 1 dropper=1ml=16mg. Interestingly, the Niacinamide in a half dropper (8mg) is quickly metabolized into Seratonin which causes a rapid onset and maintainence of sleep... Using the 60:1 average metabolic conversion rate in humans, I determined 8mg is the equivalent of tryptophan 500mg (which I am sadly unable to take). At bedtime, I take my half dropper and am asleep within 20 minutes or less. Keep refrigerated to maintain potency after opening.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ No side effects AND no taste!

This product has no taste and also it does not cause any facial or chest flushing, which can often occur with taking niacinamide (a.k.a. vitamin B3). Along with my internist’s advice, I have decided to do everything I can to avoid taking a statin to in order to lower my cholesterol. If this formulation does not make a difference in six months, then I will begrudgingly start taking a statin. Cardiovascular disease in the form of elevated cholesterol and high blood pressure runs in my family. My blood pressure, cholesterol, and triglyceride levels were way too high 3 weeks ago, so in addition to taking this vitamin B3 twice a day, I am also taking: daily fish oil (1250 mg) one baby aspirin (81mg daily) 1-2 tbsp of flaxseed oil (in yogurt, delicious!) 4 oz of no added sugar beet juice 2 TBSP Metamucil daily I have been decreasing my intake of saturated fats, and have increased my daily physical activity, too. The available literature notes that taking Vitamin B3 can help to lower high cholesterol and triglyceride levels, as well reduce the risk of heart attack by slowing down the process of narrowing arteries. There is also a ton of literature that supports all of the above as well. After speaking with my physician and reading a TON on my own, this is the path that I’m taking for now. Hopefully the blood tests that I take in the next few weeks and months will render good results!
