I did comparison shop and I selected this product because of 1) the potency of the product 2) its claim to be burpless 3) the price and 4) it explicitly stated how much EPA and DHA was in each serving. The pill is large, about one inch long, but goes down fine with water with no aftertaste. I do notice one or two small burps with a slight odor about 45 minutes after I take the pill but that is it and the odor doesn't linger. I am very happy with this product.
