You want over nights for when you're sleeping and heavy regular for if you tend to bleed through regular pads during the day. Regular is if you're an average bleeder that changes them every 4 hours or so. They work well but I had to try 2 different sizes and pick a preference. I'm a heavy bleeder but felt awkward because they were longer than regular but it prevented awkward moments. I like this brand for comfort and odor protection better than ALL others. **Q: How many inches in length are these pads?** A: These will be 11.8 inches long. -The Always Team **Q: I ordered this and it arrived today. Only got one box not 3 like listed in the description. How does this get fixed?** A: let them know and it will get fixed. Customer service is very good **Q: Help! are these for menstruation or incontinence?** A: These are for menstruation. I don’t know that they help much with incontinence. Maybe small dribbles like when you laugh,cough,or sneeze but not much more than that. Try the nighttime size.
