At only 5'4 and not the slimmest, I have always avoided shoes designed like the classic ones because they make me look stockier. Enter the Mega Crush, and all my problems are solved. Standing at 2.5 inches, this solves the height/stockiness problem and I feel positively gazelle-like on these. Similar to the crocs platforms but these have a pretty and better streamlined, near-futuristic design. These are just incredibly great looking shoes.Also, they offer better sizing options than the classics. I aim to buy them in as many colors as I can get away with. They're very comfortable. I also have plantar fasciitis. They seem to support my heels so far. These are not wear around the house crocs though. They are heavy-heavy. So, be prepared. Your feet will get tired. I think of it as a workout; the equivalent of strapping light dumbbells to my legs to give them a proper workout. Not for long long days. They're also not as squishy on the inside as the regular ones. If that's what you're looking for. These should hold up a long time.
