I LOVE THIS PILLOW!!! I suffer from jammed shoulders which have bothered me while sleeping for YEARS!!!! This pillow solved all my problems; the achy shoulders in the a.m., the falling asleep arm problem at night, my aching hips AND my snoring problem!! The first night I used it I woke up feeling so refreshed because I actually slept well!!! For the first time in so very long!! I super love the body pillow that comes with it, I'm not sure how I lived without it for so long! The only downfall of the product is the size. Its BIG (and heavy) !! We have a queen sized bed and now are going to have to get a king size because my husband says he barely has enough room! Oops! Totally worth it though!! For reference I am 5' 5" , 140lbs. The wedge pillow fits my body length perfectly. EDIT: 6 months later the foam started breaking down in the wedge causing me lower back issues. SAD.
