So prepare yourself accordingly, ide recommend getting a diffuser with certain oils to drive them away. After a week of them on my gameroom wall, some of the adhesive gave way (ide also recommend getting some 3M tape as a backup) and when I went to fix it, a few spider friends said hi.

They are flimsy, not stiff like expensive ones you get for $130 from Guitar Center. There’s no weird smell, they look sharp, they deaden the sound very well, and I used 3M strips from Ace hardware, and I installed them easily to the ceiling of our band practice space.

Pros - - Sound gets dampened Cons - - I installed the tiles tightly together and 15 hours after, there are tons of gaps - Lots of the tiles have inconsistent quality, likely from the packing. - The sticky pads I spent over 3 hours installing (4 boxes) don't even work well. Ive had 2 tiles fall on a roughly 5' x 16' wall with many of them barely hanging on. You barely require any effort to install them. I spent a lot of time on filling one of the walls in my band room in my basement and It doesn't look visually appealing at all. I made sure to line all of them up flush when installing and it did not pay off at all. The stickers are a waste of your time, and you are better off buying a spray on adhesive (which I used to fix the hanging ones) rather than attaching all those stickers. I have a box left of them to put up and it is honestly exhausting to think about the fact that I could take these down and purchase better ones, or to just commit and spray paint all the gaps. For the pictures, keep in mind that I installed these with no gaps in between. They shifted apart from the poor adhesives
